Joseph P. Bottini, Oneida County Historian

October 2, 2018 - Utica Phoenix radio 95.5 The Heat asked if people of #BetterUticaDowntown heard a radio broadcast with John Zogby- regarding the hospital. Oneida County Historian Joseph Bottini replied...

Phoenix:

Thank you..
I don't listen to radio at all
a little TV
newspapers a little
some computer e-mails like yours
and that is it.
Heard enough used oats in 84 years on this earth to last a lifetime.

Hospital Downtown =
a way for MVHS to eradicate their debt
a way for Aud to get a parking garage
a way for city to upgrade a neighborhood
a way for taxpayer to get hosed for the next 50 years
a way to trample more local history
a way to destroy more architecture.

And no one in government has the chutzpah to stand up and be counted.
END OF STORY!
