Does Downtown Utica want to prepare for the future? The "nano workforce", the wide-ranging groups of people now seeking to return to city living? A return to; an urban streetscape with fewer cars, short walks to amenities, arts and entertainment, and one that offers old and new row houses, apartments, lofts, and a multitude of small businesses. The downtown hospital concept is wrong, a disaster, and the people of Utica will be explaining why- right here!
