In NY22 Brindisi Say Yes, Then Goes Silent. Will Phillips Say No?

Utica, NY, August 28, 2017 - On Tuesday, August 29th, Heath Phillips will make an important announcement concerning his Congressional campaign at 10:30AM. It will be held at 10-12 Liberty Street, Utica, NY 13502.
Hosting Heath Phillips is the Downtown Utica advocacy group, #NoHospitalDowntown. Per Brett Truett the group’s co-founder, “We continue to receive various emails submitted via our website www.NoHospitalDowntown.com, Mr. Phillips’ has been one of many. We could tell Heath had done a significant amount of homework. After a few calls, Heath traveled to Utica and we shared lunch, then a tour of Utica paying close attention to the proposed hospital site.”
Truett continued, “During his Utica visit, Heath was introduced to a handful of people in and around the area’s businesses. Suffice to say, I’m pretty sure Mr. Phillips is in Utica to talk about not only this congressional district, but Utica area healthcare.”
