Downtown Utica's Railroad Tracks & Facilities

The Proposed Hospital Location is very near the mainline, well-within the 1/2 Mile Evacuation Zone. The tracks flowing through Utica have a long and regular record of Train Derailments.

In addition to the two mainline tracks, there are spurs to West Utica, the Adirondack Railroad operations, and the "Heavy Industrial" New York Susquehanna & Western Railway Locomotive & Car Repair Facility...
