Many cities have old hospital and some of our country's very best hospitals utilize old buildings that continue to provide excellent healthcare. While Utica today has four hospital areas, none are being planned for the new hospital site. Why?
They say the buildings are old, but saying Utica's hospitals are "old" is not a study. Nor is it a reason to build an entirely new one in a 5th location! We believe their acessement is unfair and the initial construction date does not tell an accurate story."
