The initial filling date is March 18, 2021, and CNYC REALTY, LLC had an incorpration date in October of 2020 and their address is that of "Central New York Cardiology."
Checking the web, the average salary of a cardiologist is $524,287. So, the ten cardiologist listed as partners in UCB, LLC together represent around $5M in annual income. And yet they need Oneida County to use eminent domain to acquire a single acre of land? Legal fees, plus the purchase price? Pretty sad!
Why not repair and connect the Kennedy Parking Garage, build two MOB and the ASC, and add greater density to the project?
