Less than twelve hours before a judge was assigned, the Respondents-Defendants to our lawsuit submitted the following documents to Albany Supreme Court.
(1) Three pages, State AG Reply Brief In Landmarks vs. Utica Planning Board case.
(2) Seven pages titled, Respondent MVHS Memorandum Of Law In Further Support To Dismiss.
(3) Also seven pages by MVHS, an Affirmation Of Kathleen M Bennett in Support of Motion to Dismiss.
(4) Finally, five pages, Planning Board’s Affidavit By Kathryn Hartnett.
