The Columbia Lafayette Neighborhood is a large part of Downtown Utica.
Utica will be more car-centric after #mvhshospital hospital is built. More red here than if I outlined all the parking around St. E's, and possibly even St. Luke's (because of the other parking around the city). No major company will even consider Utica if their employees have to travel well outside the area for pediatric hospital care, as the downtown hospital plan dictates.
